What is the right temperature to cook pizza in your home oven? What type of flour should I use? How much yeast do I need? If, like us, you are a pizza enthusiast and want to learn all the secrets to making an authentic Neapolitan pizza with your own hands, take part in the Pizza Classes by CASA CAPUTO. For the entire duration of the Pizza Village – from 1 to 6 July 2025 – our master pizza chefs will hold evening courses aimed at a non-professional audience who will be taught all the techniques to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza “at home” . Each individual lesson, created in collaboration with Casa Caputo , will be open to a group of up to 16 people (two lessons are scheduled for each day).
