From September 2nd to 7th, 2025, our master pizza chefs will hold evening classes for non-professionals, teaching them all the techniques needed to make authentic Neapolitan pizza at home.

Places are limited and you can register in the "MASTERCLASS" section on the Milan page.

1. The Menu Ticket/QR-code purchased can only be used on the day and at the time chosen during the purchase.
2. In the event of a delay compared to the time chosen during the purchase phase, the Customer may collect the purchased service at the first available moment, decided at the sole discretion of the Organizer, always within the event's opening hours, on the day chosen during the purchase phase.
3. The Menu Ticket/QR code cannot be used or redeemed anywhere other than at the pizzeria or catering point within the chosen event or chosen by the Customer during the purchase phase.
4. The Menu/QR code ticket is non-refundable, even partially. Once issued, neither the date nor the time slot can be changed, even in the event of inclement weather, unless the weather conditions require the event to be closed for public safety. In this case, a refund or replacement on another date may be provided.
5. If you lose your Menu Ticket/QR Code, you will need to purchase a new one.
6. Pizza Village reserves the right to set a maximum limit on the number of menus that can be purchased for each evening of the event and to make changes to the program.
7. The holder of the Menu/QR-Code Ticket, as part of the public, agrees to be subject to audio and video recordings made during the event and authorizes any use thereof.
8. It is not permitted to bring in food and/or drinks from outside and, in general, it is forbidden to bring in bottles, glass objects, cutting tools, weapons (whether personal or improper), and any other blunt object that could cause harm to oneself or others.
